Hey guys,
I know we’ve been talking a lot about the power of healing especially when it comes to healing your physical body. But remember, there are 4 components to your being. Remember this:
The key to maintaining a healthy body is by centering the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental aspects of your being.

This is why I’m sharing this centering exercise with you. Not only is it a cornerstone of good health, but a powerful method to tap into your mind to solve problems, change habits and practice creative visualization. It is dynamic meditation.
In this centering exercise, you will be guided into a deep state of meditation. Within this audio you will hear a gentle thudding sound at 14 cycles per second. This will help direct your mind into the alpha state by inducing the correct frequency.
For those who are new to this, you may experience the most intense meditation as of yet. Don’t be scared. This meditation is safe and by making the centering exercise part of your weekly rituals, you will achieve a heightened state of awareness.
To prepare you for this exercise, please remember these 5 things:
- When told to project or concentrate your sense of awareness, you will focus on your scalp as this is the easiest place to start practicing concentration.
- When you are instructed to detect the vibrations in that area, a “feeling of warmth caused by circulation,” what you are experiencing is your blood circulation. This may not come until your 2nd or 3rd try.
- When you are instructed to “release and completely relax all tensions and ligament pressures from this part of your body”. Don’t just recite it, concentrate on it, and exaggerate your imagination.
- Some of the affirmations used in this centering exercise are also used to train people to develop their ESP.
- At a certain point, the instructor will say “When you next hear my voice one hour of time will have passed at this level of mind”. The instructor will then go silent for 30 seconds before you hear his voice again. An hour will not have really gone by but your subconscious will believe it and you will feel more relaxed and refreshed.
This exercise is essential for you to maintain a healthy state of mind and body. It’s applications are varied and will help you find inner peace, bring out your creative ability, solve problems and answer hard decisions, and help you change bad habits.
*Note* While extremely powerful, this is still a basic meditation and there are many more intense ones after you have mastered this. Though if this is your first time, you may want to simply listen to the audio first as to eliminate all surprises.
