You can help your doctor heal your body through meditation!

All you have to do to strengthen your immune mechanism is entering your level and remaining there for at least fifteen minutes. You can use that time to relax physically and mentally. You can practice countdowns, from 100 to 1, or from 50 to 1, or from 25 to 1. On each descending number you will relax even more. You can review projects you are working on and visualize successful end results.

If you have a minor health problem, we recommend that you enter level for at least fifteen minutes once a day.

For a more serious health problem, we recommend that you enter level for at least fifteen minutes twice a day.

For very serious health problems, we recommend that you enter level for at least fifteen minutes three times a day.

And Remember….

Meditating once a day is good, twice a day is great and three times a day is excellent. 5 minutes a day is good, 15 minutes a day is great and 20 minutes a day is excellent !
