I have been through a lot of pain and thought I will never heal until I read your story. You have inspired me to forgive and as I tell myself to forgive him, I feel free for the first time in three years. I like to learn more about Silva method and hopefully one day I can help others in need.

Laura; thanks for sending this to me. I am 75 years young and proud of it. I have used the Silva Method since 1968 or 69 from Ken McCaulley in MI and from your father. i still use it daily., i read, golf 7 dance as often as I can. No one believes my age when they see me and always ask what did I do to stay so young looking and active. My answer is always meditation (the Sliva Way) and I don't believe in old age. thanks again and may I continue to hear from you. Plus I would like one of the Newer CDs with the alpha sound on it. Is that possible? My are the old cassette tapes and are wearing out. Thanks Again! Jan P.S. I have taken all of the Silva Class, even the healing one from your father.

My father's almost 100. He drives, climbs stairs and flirts with women who are in their 40's and takes them to dinner. My mother was 20 years younger than he was, she's gone and he's still here. I really think attitude has something to do with it; he doesn't seem to worry too much.
I wonder if the mind can change our DNA — restore it somehow. I have read about yogis rejuvenating themselves. I know that meditation is good for our minds and bodies.
I have been experimenting with a program called "Shape Changer". I found it in a copy of Paul Pearsall's book "Wishing Well." It is a psycho-kinesis program that uses 3 random number generators that can be affected by our intentions. When I first did it, it blew my mind, I was definitly getting beyond chance. I also noticed that I was able to do this when I was sort of really relaxed and full of keen anticpation and fun. A friend of mine came over and the two of us made it work faster and better. I could even tell when he secretly tried to go against the stated goal.
It made me wonder: if our minds can affect the computer, can we use our minds to heal ourselves and others. Maybe what Jesus was talking about was Psycho-Kinesis (PK).

We share a similar backround , healthwise , and otherwise . – - -I am an 83 year young male , who has taken the Silva course approximately 35 years ago in Scottsdale , AZ. – - I enjoyed the course , and profited from it at the time. – - -For whatever reason , I did not go on from there. – - – At this later date , I am hearing impaired , and cannot benefit from all the audio stuff , that is available – - Yes , I realize there are books on the Silva Method , and I have read them .
