Written by Karen Peterson and Ronald Sullivan, the article talks about Dr. Dolores Krieger, PhD, of New York University who conducts energy passes to her patients, colleagues and loved ones to temporarily stop their pain.

According to Dr. Krieger, the transfer of energy through hands is an eastern concept called “prana” and can be activated at will. This transfer of energy is a very ‘human’ potential and can be developed by anyone who has a strong motivation to help others, who must also have a fairly healthy body.

Please always keep in mind though, when you’re practicing case working, that no participant is allowed to get information that could be used against others, or that people may want to keep private. The higher mind seems to prevent this sort of information transfer.

Notice that the details of the case are not given. The intuit only sees the name, age, location and gender. That’s all. This is enough for the mind to seek out the missing information needed for healing.

When the intuit is in their alpha level of mind and working on the case, the software reads out to them the details of the case. (This is so they dont have to open their eyes while meditating). After the ‘information gathering’ session, which can take 2 mins to 10 mins, the intuit open his eyes and clicks on the “Click Here to Revel Information” button to see the actual details of the case. They then gauge their hits and misses.

I hope that gives you a pretty good idea of the case working section of the program. After working 50 cases or so, many graduates are then able to function intuitively with their eyes open. This is the start of a whole new way of living life and contributing to humankind.

It should be clear to you by now that your mind plays an EXTREMELY important role in your health and healing process. It needs to be tuned and purged of limiting belief systems. “Silva Method Cures Tumor”

“The Silva Method came into my life in the mid 1970’s. I was invited to an informative seminar at the last minute by a friend, left the seminar at 11pm on a Friday night and I knew that I was meant to be in the class the next morning at 9 am.

I was the Mom of two little girls and did not have the $275. I arose very early the next morning, got into my car and drove toward the seminar, still I didn’t have the money, but I knew I would be in the class. I came upon a friend that I had not seen in quite some time, told him about the Silva seminar and drove with my friend to his bank after which he handed me the tuition I needed to attend the Silva seminar.

That was just the beginning.

A Few years later, my ob/gyn was examining me and found a tumor the size of a grapefruit as described by the doctor. He scheduled me for surgery. It was a fearful time. During the next couple weeks prior to surgery, I shared my Silva Method experience with my older sister and together we began to visualize and destroy this foreign object inside my uterus. I went into the physician’s office to prep for surgery and obtain a final ultrasound. As the technician was running the ultrasound around my abdomen, she asked, “what is the doctor looking for?”. I told her a grapefruit sized tumor. She responded by telling me that the doctor would probably want to re-examine me. Ten minutes later, my ob/gyn had the most perplexed look on his face as he examined me again and found the grapefruit sized tumor was no longer present. When I told him how I visualized it gone, he said he could not explain why it was no longer there, but maybe the visualization was the answer.

And me, I know it was the answer. A combination of Desire, Belief and Expectation was the key.

“I have been using Silva for over 20 years. As I continue to study the material and practice I reflect how Jose Silva’s work has changed my life. 7 years ago, I had a near death experience as I was in the recovery room after gall bladder surgery. Learning from that experience that life is short, I committed myself to focusing my Silva healing talents to help other people. “The Silva Method Cures Stutter and Builds Confidence”

“As I learnt to speak, I started to stutter. Nobody is sure why, but the fact was that I developed a serious stutter and I had communication problems. During my primary school years I managed to get by, but every day was a struggle.

When I became a teenager things became worse. People at school started to bully me because of my speech problem and I was very aware of my stutter, which made it even worse. I became reclusive, avoiding speaking and only doing so at home or with close friends. Not a nice situation for a teenager.

I started to attend speech therapists and became a research subject in some new techniques, all with very limited success. I also attended some relaxation and meditation classes, which showed some promise, and after some research, my mother signed me up for The Silva Method (or Mind Control then). I reluctantly attended the seminar, and now I think it might have been one of the best things I ever did. My life changed.

As I practiced the techniques, and as I helped myself and those around me, my life changed. I dealt with my stutter until it virtually disappeared and I regained my confidence. I started to speak and to communicate (and I had a lot to say!) and I even asked a girl out! I also became a student rep and had to speak in public in front of the school. A Personal Story—How I Healed My Husband With The Silva Method

One night my husband, Mel, woke up early Sunday morning with a very high fever. He doesn’t usually fall sick, so I was worried. I conducted some energy passes on him, and gave him some medicine. We eventually got his fever under control, and by Monday morning he seemed fine to go to work.

But the fever soon came back with a vengeance. We had to rush to the doctor, who after testing Mel found that he had a bacterial infection, endocarditis.

He was admitted to the hospital, but I continued to do energy passes on him. What was amazing was the quick recovery that he had from the infection. The doctors stood baffled, yet again, on how can someone recover this fast, until I told them that I was doing energy passes, and funnily I was blamed to “hamper” the healing process. I think I am getting blamed like my father used to when he could heal people where doctors were still trying to figure what the problem might be.

I often write in my journal, and I wrote about this incidence as well. I am putting the entry below, for your eyes only:

…How My Father Healed Me & Annoyed Doctors

This happened was when I was very young and was visiting a beach near our city. Now, when you are young you are a little careless (and you do enjoy being careless), but sometimes this carelessness can lead to not-so-good results.

I was visiting a nearby beach with friends, and while coming back I started to get a little bit of pain in my stomach, which I conveniently avoided. But the next morning it went from just pain to intense pain which made me run to the hospital quickly. With the help of my sister I did make it, and the doctors diagnosed an infection in my kidney.

At this time my father was traveling and wasn’t home. We called him to tell the situation, and he said one thing, “I am heading back home, make sure that the doctors do not operate you, I’ll be there by the evening.”.

We did as he said. He sneaked in the night before I was to be operated and did energy passes on me (How it works is beyond the scope of this course and is more exhaustively covered in Silva Mind Body Healing) and went back home.

The next day, before the surgery was to begin, I was tested for one last time, I saw the doctors baffled and confused. They sheepishly told me how they cannot find the infection anymore and that they must have made a mistake.

I had to tell them that my father visited me last night and did energy passes on me. They didn’t know Jose Silva was my father until then (and my father was very well known in the city).

Annoyed, the doctors blamed my father for hampering the treatment process.

I know one thing for sure—ever since my father healed me, I have never had ANY health issues concerning my kidneys again.

Now that you understand what Silva Mind Body Healing can do for you and you’ve read my story, I will let you decide if my father was hampering the treatment process, or if he was the one providing treatment process itself.

Four Lung Tumors Shrank within 6 Months

This is amazing…that first story is my story almost to the letter..In 1999. I was diagnosed with lung cancer.The Drs. told me..and showed me the four tumors on my lung…They told me I had 8 months to 1yr to live. Thats when I first heard of the Jose Silva method…of meditation to heal ones self…and I used that method for 6 months…and just like in your first story…after 3 months the Dr.didn’t understand how the tumors was SHRINKING…and after 6 months..that they were completely gone…

Now I also did the chemo and changed my diet…but the Drs. called their miracle..and to this day when I go back for checkups…they still call me the miracle man….but I know that GOD played a huge part, if not all of this miracle…after all it was HIM that put the Drs. in my life and the Silva method.

Regained Vision after Practicing the “Long Relax” Exercise

In 2002, I was forced to give up my job because of chronic, excruciating pain, and limited mobility brought on by advanced osteoarthritis in my left hip, scoliosis in my lower spine, and fibromyalgia.

It seemed like all of a sudden, I went from being an active independent person, living on a good income, to one who could barely move around, and having to live on a tiny disability income that was not enough to take care of my basic needs. I was worried, sad, and becoming depressed.

I can’t recall how I found the Silva website, but arriving at that site, and making the decision to purchase the Silva Home Study course in 2006 was one of the best things I ever did for myself.

For the first few weeks after receiving the tapes, I did the long relax exercise daily; then, one day, I was on the way to the supermarket with a friend, when I realized that I had left my eyeglasses at home. I’ve been near sighted since birth so, it’s quite unusual for me to leave home without my glasses, and not notice it the moment I hit the street. My friend wanted to turn back so that I could get them, but I immediately realized that I was reading the street signs clearly.

Once we were inside the supermarket, I was like a child at Christmas. I could barely contain my excitement at discovering that I could read all the signs from far away. That’s when I made the connection that at the end of the Long Relax Exercise, it says that vision and hearing will improve every time we function at the alpha level of mind..

So, convinced that the Silva Method was already giving me some good results, I decided to really study the course, and apply the Silva principles to heal myself. I continued to do the long Relax exercise daily, and in addition, I’d to the countdown several times during the day.

I’d sit still, and visualize my hip joint healed, and the bone moving freely, and effortlessly in it’s socket. I visualize myself walking straight, and lifting my leg normally. I visualize a loving hand gently straightening my spine allowing me walk with a normal posture. I visualize myself being happy, energetic, and pain free

Well, I must say that today I still walk with a cane for support, but I barely put any weight on it. I’m walking up and down stairs, I’m no longer tilted to one side, and I’m able to do a lot more things than I did two years ago. I’m also completely off prescription pain medication, and only have to take Tylenol every now and then. But, the greatest benefit I’ve gotten from the Silva method is this immense joy, and peace I have emanating from within me. No matter what is happening on the outside, there’s always this joy bubbling inside of me, and for this, I’ll always be grateful.

Something seems to be happening, I am not sure what, but luck seems to be improving some and the daily worries don’t seem to be getting to me…such as under staffing and problems with interactions between staff and patients. Post Surgery Recovery

Wow. I can’t believe that I had a skin graft two weeks ago. My foot was still swollen. I went to level to get rid of the swelling. This morning I woke up and my ankle was normal size. Surprised My Doctor

Hi , I haven’t e-mailed you lately. Just wanted to let you know of a positive outcome I had using a Silva Technique about one and half months ago. I had an ultrasound on my thyroid and it showed I had 3 nodules attached to it. As soon as I got this news I started using a technique to remove them through visualizing. I went in this past Monday for a biopsy of the 3 nodules. The women who was doing the ultrasound and I just knew in my gut that they were gone. She told me she had to talk with Doc. The Doc said there are absolutely no nodules there to biopsy. What a mind blowing experience. I was actually surprised the technique worked because i have problems with visualizing.

Warts Disappeared

Silva had helped me tremoundously with a bad case of plantar warts on my feet. The were so painful I walked with a limp for 8 months. Doctors told me I had to go through a painful

surgery to have them removed. They surgery would also leave scars on my feet. I scheduled the surgery but I also tried visualization, hoping the warts would dissapear before surgery and I could avoid the scars and the medical expenses.  I used a combination of Silva and Reiki. I had the warts for almost 7 months before I used Silva. I spent 15 mins a day for about 8 weeks visualizing them dissapear and when I showed up for surgery the doctor was amazed. All signs of the warts had completely dissapeared. Its been 3 years and I have had no recurrence. This is just one of many healing successes I have obtained through Silva – I used to practice martial arts so as you can imagine I got injured a lot. Silva always helped.

I helped my daughter overcome cancer.

I first heard about the Silva Method 30 years ago from a co-worker. I kept the idea of Silva Mind Control in mind, and bought the book a few years later. Helped me Cope with Chemo

At about 12 years ago I was introduced to Silva’s method by mother. I had already been taught some about meditation through Louise Hay’s books, but the Seminar my mother took in Brazil really altered the way I see the world. She took the whole material, including audio tapes, but also dictated some guided meditation to me. It was a marvelous experience, but the other joys of youth held my attention more intensively, so I left it aside for a while.

It was not until 2 years ago, when I found out I was on a stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, that I resurrected the old Silva’s material. It not only helped me along 6 month of chemo, but also became part of my life. Before Silva I was an excess in all directions. Willing to become an athlete I endured the hardest trainings of all, which included 10 miles runs carrying a backpack loaded with up to 20 pounds in weights, my study habits were also harder and harder and I lost the pleasure I had in playing the guitar, which was became an obligation of performance before a hobby.

Silva made me a more centered person. I finally balanced both hemispheres of the brain and started sensing equilibrium in nature. I managed to finally graduate from University and found a job. I graduated in electrical and electronical engineering and bought my own audio recording equipment with the wage from my brand new job. I am recording my own tapes now, in my mother tongue, which is helping me more than ever.

Helped Heal Mom

Nov. 12, 2002: “Thanks for sending me the information to help mom. I used the rapid hand vibration technique three times but the sharp pains continue. Fantastic and would recommend to anyone, Healed a Friends Bad Knee

I had some doubts about taking time away from my Tax work at this busy time but I am glad I did. The seminar was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. One ‘coincidence’ this week occurred Monday night. My friend Dorothy had fallen and injured her foot several months ago. She has been in constant pain ever since. She wanted to go skiing on Tuesday but didn’t know if she should because of the pain. I went to center as I was preparing to go to sleep and pictured her being able to ski. “Significant effects on my life, career and approach to things”

The Silva seminar taken this spring had several significant effects on my life, career and approach to things in general.

First of all I stopped wanting things so badly, I just relaxed and tried to live one day at a time, and decided to have the best of it. It was not easy, but I started to become happier, calmer and more confident.

I had to give a presentation for a council meeting, knowing that my performance will be recorded for the local television, and I managed to stay calm . I programmed myself in Alpha to be relaxed and to speak clearly and fluently. My performance was a great success.

I also visualized a couple of my seriously sick friends who live overseas, and I was amazed at the results. One friend, sick of prostate cancer at the age of 41, started to plan vacations on a sailboat, at the time I was visualizing that he was sailing totally cured. The other friend that suffered from nervous breakdown told me on the phone that she just came back from a field full of flowers where she found a few moments of peace and relaxation, and the day before I visualized her dancing in a field full of flowers.

I didn’t expect any miracles after the Silva seminar, but I’ve learned that we have all the abilities we need to become what we want to be and even to have some telepathic influence on other people; we just have to believe in it and get rid of all doubts that stop us from getting what we want.

Helping Grandma Feel Better

I set up little experiments like I would have my grandmother call my great grandma and ask her how she felt one day, and then the next as I worked on her the night in between from a distance. I got great results. Perhaps it was because I was so optimistic. One huge thing is that my grandmother went from 19% kidney usage to 39% and holding which all of her doctors found impossible. I’ve had many successes including ridding myself of acne and both my parents got massive raises which I fully take credit for.

Healing the Knee

Tag Powel used Silva techniques to heal his knee. After getting osteomyelitis since he was fourteen, he decide to use the Silva techniques. He visualizes the operation of his knee. The next morning when he woke up there was a ball of pus about the size of a golf ball, then hour after hour his knee was getting better and continued to go better every day. He remembered “”the programming took about a thirty or forty-five minutes. My desire, belief and expectation were strong at that time. It was almost a life-and-death situation, with the doctor wanting to freeze my knee for thirty days and all. I couldn’t put it off. I think the reason I did all the healing in one shot is that I realized I had to do it then. There was none of this business of trying I just had to do it. There was no hoping for it, they were going to cut off part of my leg if I didn’t succeed. I never had problem since then.

Silva helped me to cure from Guillain-Barre syndrome

Louise Owen, had hepatitis for more than a year and she was told that she was dying. The hepatitis had taken over the whole body and could not be arrested. Healing Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Marge Wolcott of Port Isabel, Texas explained “I had multiple sclerosis (MS) for fifteen years. When I came to Silva Method lectures, I was wearing a body brace an neck brace. I had to bring a special chair to sit in. I  had strong faith, but it was double after the course. A few months after graduating in March 1970, I took the braces off. I had worn the braces for about sever or eight years. Here’s what I did: using the Silva Method, I programmed three times ad day. Nurse Uses Silva to Help Patients Heal Faster

As soon as her patients are “under” – in deep anesthesia- she whispers in their ears instructions that can speed their recovery, in some cases save their lives. During one operation, when profuse bleeding would normally be expected, the surgeon was amazed: There was only a trickle. Mrs Mabrey had whispered, “Tell your body not to bleed”. She did this before the first incision, then about every ten minutes during the operation. During another operation she whispered, “when you awaken you will feel that everyone in your life loves you and you will love yourself.” This patient was causing her surgeon special concern. She was tense, complaining woman to whom every pain was ominous – an attitude that could slow down her recovery. Later, as she awakened from the anesthetic, there was a new expression in her face, and three ,months later her surgeon told Mrs Mabrey that this once-anxious patient was “transformed”. Recovering from Near Blindness

For twenty-seven years she had worn glasses because of nearsighted astigmatism. As her nearsightedness increased, her lenses were made stronger, which reduces distance acuity. Before the improvement of her eyesight, bifocals became necessary. Then in July 1974, she decided to use Mind Control. In deep meditation she told herself, “every time I blink my eyes, they will focus accurately, like the lens of a camera.” During each meditation she repeated this, and in two weeks she began to live without glasses, though she still needed them for reading. She consult Dr. Richard Wlodyga, an optometrist, who told her that her cornea was slightly misshapen. Sister Barbara inserted the cornea correction into her meditation for the few weeks’ interval before another examination by Dr. Wlodyga. The following is part of a letter to the Silva Method organization from Dr. Wlodyga, which Sister Barbara asked him to write:

Sister Barbara Burns was first examined by me on Agust 20th 1974 …. I examined sister Burns again on August 26th 1975. She had not worn glasses for one year…. [The] patient has had a reduction in the amount of manifest myopia to a level where glasses have become unnecessary.

Silva helped me not bleed until I got the hospital

Mrs Wildowsky was in a convention with her husband where she dived into a swimming pool and ruptured and eardrum. “We were miles from any town, and I didn’t want to make him leave in the middle of the convention,” she quoted as saying. “So I went to an Alpha state, put my hand over my ear, concentrated on the pain area and said ‘Gone, gone gone!’. The bleeding stopped immediately and the pain left. When I finally got to a doctor, he was speechless with amazement”

Using Silva During Delivery

“I graduated from the Silva Seminar in March, 2000 and here is how I used Silva to bring my son safely into the world. Beginning in my 3rd month, I began using Silva to program for my labor and delivery, using the Mirror of the Mind and general programming during the Long Relax for my success.  I programmed for a safe, easy, and short labor and delivery. I also programmed to sleep through my labor and to not have any pushing trouble.  I have had an aneurysm and have metal clips in my head so pushing is dangerous for me.

“I also talked to my son in utero, both out loud and with using subjective communication. I told him that I knew he and my body knew what to do and I would not get in the way but would trust Mother Nature.

“At about 4:30am my progress was checked and found that I had only dilated to 4. I had an epidural but I could still feel (it wasn’t a total block). I was completely relaxed. The nurse left the room saying nothing would probably happen before 10am .  I smiled and did my Long Relax and told myself I was completely relaxed and was letting my body and my baby do all the work since they knew what to do and I wasn’t going to get in the way.

“I fell asleep like this. Two hours later I “heard” my son’s voice – he was communicating back to me subjectively. He said, “I’m coming, you’d better wake up.”  I opened my eyes and the nurse walked in.  Aaron woke up and when he stepped over to the bed  I said, “He’s coming. I can feel him coming now.”

“So when the doctor came in I smiled and told him, “I can feel him coming now.”  He checked me and said, “She is dilated to 9 and the baby is at station 2. Go get Dr. Fuller to assist me.”  The nurse and Aaron were shocked!

“I could not push because of the danger to my aneurysm site, so I used the Long Relax to place my body in a very deep state of relaxation so I would do no pushing. I programmed myself not to feel the need to push and yet to feel my baby coming.  It worked.

“I never pushed once – two contractions later and my son was born.  I had completely relaxed my body using Silva and let him do all the work. I was in no pain or discomfort and never felt the overwhelming need to push.  Silva enabled me to really connect with my son during the entire labor and delivery process. It was truly a wonderful experience.”

p.s.  I did a similar thing with my daughter – did all the programming to sleep through labor and have her born without any pushing.  I fell asleep at 11am dilated to 3 and the nurse mentioned maybe by midnight that day she would arrive.  I woke up at 1pm with her being born.  I rang the nurse, told her, and the next thing I know, people were running – my daughter was born about ten minutes later – no pushing whatsoever!  All thanks to Silva!!!!

Using Silva and the Secret DVD to Finally Quit Smoking

My mother very kindly gave my husband Martin and I the Silva Ultra Mind ESP System as a joint birthday present. What a gift!

You see Martin and I had both been smokers for many years, we had both attempted to give up many times.  We had used patches, lozenges and gone cold turkey (which really wasn’t pleasant for any of the family). The desire was there, but the craving at that time seemed stronger.

So now, I am still practising these techniques every day, now I am focusing on all the other wonderful things I can achieve in my life. I know that the rest of my life is truly the best of my life.

Using Silva to Lose Weight Effortlessly

Also, one of my long term goals in the class was to lose weight. Ricardo Floyd, a psychiatric social worker in Laredo who worked with Jose Silva during the later years of Mr. Silva’s research in the 1960s is grateful that a trained psychic was available to help correct a problem. Floyd’s son Bobby unexpectedly darted into the street and was struck by a car on Halloween night. Fortunately the hospital was only a few blocks away.

“When I got to the emergency room, I was too upset to go to my center and program,” Floyd recalled. “I kept calling mentally for Jose to come to the hospital.” Suddenly Jose showed up along with his daughter Isabel, an excellent psychic. He had a child in his arms who had been struck by a car in front of their house. “He was the same age as my son Bobby,” Floyd said. “I asked them to work on Bobby as soon as possible. “Jose and Isabel left the hospital and rushed to a downtown office that we used for the research we were conducting, and they went to work on Bobby, mentally repairing the damage to the boy’s body and especially his head.” But something concerned Isabel.

“She said she had a hard time hanging on to him, that he kept ‘slipping away.’ She continued working and working with the doctors. She noticed that the doctor repositioned the piece of fractured skull – ‘closed it,’ she said – but she could see inside that the ‘lower table’ was pressing against the brain. Evidently the impact had pushed it in. She kept telling the doctor mentally to ‘Check inside! Check inside!’ Finally she felt relieved. She said she had the feeling that Bobby was going to be okay.

“Later that night, the doctors told me what they had done. It was a repetition of what Isabel had told me. They said they almost lost Bobby, and had to work very hard,” Floyd said. “About two days later I talked with the surgeon and he explained to me what they had done. He said, ‘Originally when I repositioned that piece of bone, it looked pretty good. It looked as though my job was through. Then I felt uncomfortable, and decided to go inside and check.’ That’s when he found that the lower table was pressing on the brain, and repositioned it.

Bobby recovered fully and developed normally. In fact, he recovered so completely that he was even cleared to play high school football, and later served in the Navy. He is now doing extremely well as an electronics technician his father said.
