How To Use Intuitive Healing

To holistically heal yourself from within, its important to listen to your body, or your intuition.

Intuitive healing is the combination of spirituality and medicine. The truth is, this day in age, so many people are out of touch with their bodies and their intuition, which is the cause of much disease and illness.

Intuitive healing is accomplished by a few changes in your thinking habits. First, take a step back and notice your beliefs. Do you have positive, constructive attitudes towards things in your life? Or do you have negative limiting beliefs that are holding you back? Positive beliefs will help you grow, negative beliefs can hurt you, physically.

Also listen more often to that little voice in your head. Just go a whole day where you ‘follow your gut’. Once you start making that a habit, you will see radical, joyful change in your life.

Another important way your sub conscious communicates with you is through your dreams. When you have dreams, first thing to do in the morning is to write them down. Dreams provide the insights to what is really going on in your body and it also has the answers for what to do next.
