Forgiveness and Release – Essential for Healing
Throughout my life, I’ve come across situations where I’ve been hurt. It happens to all of us, but the important thing is to rise above the pain, and I’ve found forgiveness to be key in achieving this.
If you don’t forgive, you carry pain and anger with you, you might not even be aware.
Pain and anger are huge sources of negative energy. Negative energy which will affect your physical body and manifest in sickness and disease.
Its important to forgive, not only will you be happier, but healthier.
When you forgive someone, its such a great feeling. You will feel as though a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, a lightness in your heart and all of a sudden your mind will become clearer.
Its also important to remember to forgive yourself, as well as others. Sometimes your harshest critic, is you.
Learning how to forgive can sound daunting, and it isn’t the easiest skill to master, but once you do, you will be ready for a lifetime of perfect health.
Sometimes we hold grudges, and don’t even realize it. This is why its important to tap into your inner self ever now and again. Meditation is great way to understand what you are holding on in your subconscious.
Some say forgive and forget, but its more like forgive and prosper.
